Mazama Brewing Co.

Mosaic Eruption (6.0% ABV – 60 IBU) has all the floral & tropical notes from Mosaic hops you know and love meld and balance perfectly with the light malt and caramel characteristic of this NW IPA. Mosaic Eruption is a deep golden color with citrus, tropical, and herbal aromas that create a refreshing and drinkable IPA.

Wizard Island Wit (4.8% ABV – 13 IBU) is based on the classic Belgian Witbier with corriander and orange peel spices rounding out a clean, bready malt profile.

Saison d’Etre while low in hops is packed with plenty of spicy yeast characteristics with a plethera of corriander, orange peel, juniper berries and black pepper.

Brewer’s Rotator is full of surprises and you’ll want to check in frequently as we mix-and-match the small batch efforts of Mazama’s brewery team!

Hop & Stalk – Dry Hopped Rhubarb Hard Cider (6.0% ABV) – An outrageous amount of hops and a healthy helping of righteous rhubarb make the Hop and Stalk a perfect cider for adventurous hop heads. Stalk up on hops!

The Bad Apple – Imperial Hard Apple Cider (10.5% ABV) – Big & bold, The Bad Apple is an imperial style, fermented with local meadowfoam honey and aged on Oregon White Oak. Complex notes of apples and wood make the Bad Apple a NW favorite. Sometimes it’s good to be Bad!

Deluxe Brewing Co.

Deluxe Resurrection, Pre-Prohibition Pilsner, is brewed with a pilsner malt and corn for a traditional and full-flavored lager. This forgotten style of beer has moderate malt base with corn sweetness, local Mount Hood and Santiam hops and a special lager yeast to make this a clean and refreshing beer.

Wild Beaver (5.5% ABV – 15 IBU) – This original amber lager comes from an award winning recipe. Bold malt flavor balanced by Mount Hood and Santiam hops make this a truly thirst quenching beer.

Pure Sin Schwarzbier (5.5% ABV – 12 IBU) – In spite of its dark color, it comes across as a soft and elegant brew that is rich, mild, and surprisingly balanced. Meant to be sinful!

Sintillator (8% ABV – 22 IBU) – Scintillate your senses with Deluxe’s Doppelbock. Complex, rich and balanced with a deep amber color it’s sure to spark some sin.

Honeycone-Hop Session Mead (6.9% ABV) – Hop harvest is a bona fide celebration of the fall. Honeycone represents the rewards of a years work. The classic aromas of Oregon grown whole cone Cascade hops are the feature of this seasonal offering. Share some Hopbeeness.

Sting-Ginger Session Mead (6.2% ABV) – Fresh ginger and pure Oregon honey combine for a sting of warmth and a tease of sweetness in this refreshing session mead.

Sky High Brewing

Brew Kahuna NW Red Ale (5.5% ABV – 55 IBU) – Our NW Red is a hoppy yet approachable ale which walks with soft caramel malt flavors and carries a big hop stick.

Sky High Bohemian Pils (5.3% ABV – 30 IBU) – Brewed with 100% Bohemian Pils malt and 100% Czech Saaz hops. This original style hales from the town of Pilsen, Czech Republic.

Wolf Tree Brewery

Spruce Tip Ale (6.3% ABV – 18 IBU) – An unfiltered American Brown Ale that is lightly hopped with a subtle citrus flavor. Almost a pound of local spruce tips are used in every keg.

Camille’s Golden IPA (6.5% ABV – 108 IBU) is an unfiltered “Golden” IPA brewed with three types of hops. This easy drinking big fat IPA is with strong citrus and floral flavors. Named after our late Golden Retriever, Camille.

Orlison Brewing Co.

IPL (7.0% ABV) – This Inda Pale Lager is a fresh approach to an old favorite style! Plenty of hops makes this a crisp and clean sessionable quaffer!

Ünderground (6.2% ABV) is a lagered stout that touches Orlison’s darker side with ample amounts of dark roast and the smoothness to surpass the typiical stout!

Flat Tail Brewing

Tailgater Kolsch (5% ABV) is our lightest brew. A bright straw-hued crisp lager-like ale with German Tettnanger hops that add a spicy bouquet with a light, yet firm bitterness.

Little Green (4.2% ABV) is a hop and Saison-lovers session ale that is a refreshing change of pace from the traditional West Coast IPA.

Block 15 Brewing Co.

Superfecta (8.1% ABV – Unknown IBU) is a unique version of Sticky Hands was brewed with four hop varieties developed by The Hop Breeding Company. These highly sought after hops have provided an abundance of unique characters to craft beer brewers. Careful selection of variety and hopping rates have created a version of Sticky Hands that boasts complex hop character including papaya, pineapple, tangelo, dank herbs, pepper and pine. We give many thanks to these luscious green gems known as Simcoe, Mosaic, Equinox, and Citra.

Fuzzy Wuzzy (5.7% ABV – 0 IBU) is our Berlinnerweiss/Farmhouse hybrid brewed with British and German malts, this beer was soured then fermented with our house blend of yeast and Brettanomyces, then barreled with 189 lbs of Suncrest Peaches. This beer pours brilliant hazy orange with a fine lacy head. With a pungent peach aroma and flavor and a crisp, sour finish, this beer is sure to make a peach eater out of you.

Calapooia Brewing Co.

River Jump IPA (6.2% ABV – 55 IBU) is collaboration brew with Sky High Brewing. Using the Paddle Me IPA recipe and Sky High’s English house yeast, a massively spicy and malt forward IPA was created.

White Water Wheat is a classic American wheat ale light in hops and easy on the alcohol for a hot autumn’s day thirst quencher!

Ninkasi Brewing Co.

N.W.A (6.0% ABV – 60 IBU) – Straight outta the Whiteaker, comes NWA (Northwest Ale), an eazy drinking hoppy extra pale ale with attitude. Crafted by Ninkasi’s brewing and Local Distribution teams for local fans, this beer’s subtle tropical, stone fruit and citrus notes are just what the Dr. ordered!

Oktoberfest (5.9% ABV – 25 IBU) – Our Oktoberfest has a slightly higher ABV than most Bavarian-style lagers, followed by a more prolific aromatic hop profile. With a deep copper color, this lager has a toasty-malt flavor and a dry finish with earthy, grassy hop notes.

Transcendentale (4.5% ABV – 28 IBU) – Pale Ale conditioned on tarragon and lavender, brewed for the annual Burning Man festival. A very light bodied ale with subtle herbal notes. A transcendent experience indeed!

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.

Flipside (6.2% ABV – 60 IBU) is a Red IPA just perfect for when it feels like the dog days will never end, suddenly, the switch is flipped, the air gets cooler and it’s clear that autumn is on the way. Featuring a ruby-red hue and abundant tropical fruit and citrus hop flavors, Flipside Red IPA is the perfect beer for the final flash of summer.

Double Latte Coffee Milk Stout is from the Beer Camp Across Ameria collaboration series with Ninkasi Brewing out of Eugene. Inspired by the perennial café favorite, Double Latte combines two of the greatest things in life: good coffee and great beer. Featuring cold-press coffee from the legendary Stumptown Coffee Roasters and a dose of milk sugar, this coffee milk stout is a rich and roasty treat.

Hot Banana Hefe (4.6% ABV) – Chile Infused Bavarian Weizen.

Salvage-A-tion BelGene (4.5% ABV) – Hoppy Saison.

Klamath Basin Brewing

Backroad Vanilla Porter (6.7% ABV – 45 IBU) – Life’s journey is filled with too many four-lane freeways. Us? We prefer the solitude and slow pace found off the beaten path. Like a good back road, our Vanilla Porter is filled with unexpected twists and turns. Dark, irresistibly smooth, and decidedly different, BackRoad Vanilla Porter is a taste of the good life. Go where few will follow. Taste what few will find.

Pumpkin Ale (6.2% ABV – 28 IBU) – This beer pours a reddish-orange with a white head. Pumpkin and spice (and all things nice) hit the nose immediately. The first sip is initially dry with a slight hop bitterness which then gives in to a soft malty sweetness and finishes with a wonderful experience reminiscent of pumpkin pie leaving you longing for another sip.

Rusty Truck Brewing Co.

Nelscott Reefer, Smoked Hempeweizen (5.2% ABV – 15 IBU) – This beer is named for the world famous big wave surfing site, Nelscott Reef, which is about a mile north and a mile out to sea from our brewery. The name “reefer” called for a bit of hemp seed in the mash, which imparts a nutty flavor on the back of the pallet, and we added a touch of smoked malt to make you think of a day on the beach with a driftwood fire. This is a traditional German style Hefeweizen with the addition of the hemp seed and smoked malt, made with the skill and love our brewers put into every Rusty Truck brew.

Serena Rye Saison (5.1% ABV – 27 IBU) – Rye base malt provides a solid foundation for the complex yeast profile. This beer is well balanced with the earthiness character of the French saison yeast strain.

Oakshire Brewing

Smokin’ Hell (4.7% ABV – 20 IBU), Smoked Helles Lagerbier comes from Oakshire’s Single Batch series! Light. Smoky. Unique. Smokin’ Hell is a true German lager, inspired by the smoked beers of Bamberg. Helles means light (colored). It is golden in color, light in body, and has a tiny hint of smoke in the nose from 18% smoked malt. Baked bread and toasty flavors follow through the middle and a faint smoked note lingers in the finish. Refreshingly drinkable and complex all in one glass.

Oregon Trail Brewing

Wit (5.0% ABV) Clean and spicy, with orange peel & coriander seed. Our wheat beer is unfiltered, and unbeatable on a hot summer day.

Mosaic Red (6.% ABV) – She’s not sweet but she has a big malty red body. Topped with mango, fruity, earthy hoppiness via the new Mosaic hop. Oregon Trail Mosaic Red Ale has what it takes to titillate your organoleptic senses without knocking you out.

Hoppy Beaver (5.8% ABV) – This wonderfully crisp, light-bodied ale is Beaver orange in color and brewed as a NW kolsch style pale ale. We are bringing back the hopulator to hop up the basic Beaver with some fresh harvest Mt. Hood whole hops because we want you to get extra hoppy at Septembeerfest.

Smoke Signal (7.3% ABV) – Our interpretation of a German-style Rauchbier. Rauch is German for smoke and refers to the fact that the malt is dried with fire and the smoke from the burning beechwood inparts a smokey aroma and flavor. We use about 30% beechwood smoked malt in Oregon Trail Smoke Signal.

Hop Valley Brewing

Stepchild Red (6.0% ABV – 80 IBU) – Northwest style American Red ales with a complex malty backbone balanced by a generous amount of hops. This red ale is dry hopped to give it a floral hoppy finish.

 Alpha Centauri Imperial IPA (9% ABV – 100 IBU) – Big flavor, intense pine and citrus aromas dominate this brew. We keep the malt profile clean to let the love lights shine on fine NW hops.

Payette Brewing Co.

Belgian Tripel (7.5% ABV – 20 IBU) is Payette Brewing’s May “Ales of No Return” release. This limited-release brew is golden in color with a rich, malty sweetness rounded by hints of bananas and gum balls. This complex Belgian Tripel, with it’s Pilsner and Abby malt base, becomes extremely smooth from the addition of Belgian candy sugar. Tripels are very drinkable and our brew is no exception.

Silver Moon Brewing

Jingo Jango ISA (5.3% ABV) – India Session Ale featuring Simcoe hops.

Seven Brides Brewing

Black Cat Porter (7.0% ABV – 55 IBU) – Our rich, dark porter is delicious, full bodied ale with a creamy, chocolate colored head. Our porters smooth flavor and wonderful finish comes from a blend of deep-roasted barley malt and Willamette Valley hops.

Citrus Wit (4.0% ABV – 20 IBU) – Making use of White labs platinum strain of Belgium Wit II, and the proprietary lime lathe, Seven Brides Brewing brings you the Citrus Wit. With four different kinds of fruit (lime, orange, lemon, mandarin) zested into this crisp refreshing ale. Extemporaneous zeal for oration will con use you as you partake in the Citrus Wit.

Bend Brewing Co.

Salmonberry Sour (5.0% ABV – 5 IBU) – This sour ale is our Brewmaster’s tribute to Oregon. Brewed with laboriously handpicked, wild salmonberries, and redwood sorrel, it has a tart and slightly floral, raspberry like fruit flavor underscored with hints of lemonade and fresh cut grass. Regionally grown hops, and wheat malt gives this unique sour a very mild hop bitterness, and soft malt body, all tied together with a pleasant sour zing from our house lactobacillus culture.

Grapefruit Radler (2.5% ABV) – 1/2 Pale Lager and 1/2 grapefruit soda…who is that masked man?

Dry Hopped Saison (6.5% ABV) with Challenger hops added to both the kettle and conditioning tank. Lovely, so very lovely!

Fraugeist Caulfield (10.0% ABV) – American-style Imperial Stout.

Backwoods Brewing

Big Cedar Indian Red Ale (6.5% ABV – 50 IBU) – Made with the best Northwest hops. This India Red Ale has hop-forward flavor, balanced with a sweet malt finish. Floral aroma, with citrus and pine.

Barley Browns

Two Smoke (6.2% ABV – 20 IBU) – Brewed with a combination of Floor Malted Marris Otter Barley, German hardwood smoked malt, and German rye malt. The combination gives this mahogany colored beer a medium body with a smokey flavor that doesn’t overwhelm. We’ve been brewing this beer for over 16 years!

The Bruery

Humulus Lager (7.4% ABV – 70 IBU) is the closest thing to an IPA that The Bruery will every do! Very hop aromatic beer with an American Lager-based beer.

Anderson Valley Brewing

Hwy 128 Session Series, The Kimmie, The Yink and The Holy Gose (4.2% ABV) is a crushable pounder with a refreshing acidity and a gratifying saltiness

Boneyard Brewing

Chingadira (9.0% ABV) is a collaboration beer with California’s Alpine Brewing. It’s a American Imperial Red with huge amounts of malt and intense floral hoppiness

IPA (7.2% ABV – 65 IBU) – This piney and malty IPA will cause you to stop and cry out loud, “Zounds” or “Huzzah”!
